I’ve had this unit now for a week and so far the humidity stays at about 67-69 humidity with just the supplied 6 humidification units. Shipping cost was on the high side but it was with it. The unit was in great condition when it arrived. I would recommend this humidor to anyone with a large cigar stash. (Posted on 3/3/22)

Just received my bolivar and have set it up already. It’s a beautiful piece of furniture. Along with the cigar oasis plus 3.0, my cigars are at a constant 70% rh. I had to wait for my unit, since 1st class was out of stock of the bolivar and were having a shipment coming in. My thanks to customer service and especially Joyce for getting my humidor to me. The unit arrived well packaged with not one scratch. I highly recommend 1st class humidors and the bolivar to anyone looking for a great place to store your favorite cigars. (Posted on 4/24/21)

This humidor is great for the money. Its attractive and built well. I did knock the quality for a couple reasons. The first reason is the the angle of the top shelf. This is built mainly for singles. If you have multiple stacks of boxes, they will fall. I would rather this be flat as I buy mostly boxes and appreciate the dress boxes. The second issue is the magnets for the humidifiers and their double sided tape. If it was a thicker foam tape it would hold better to the walls of the humidor. The magnets always fall off the spanish cedar as the adhesive doesn't stick. I also modified mine to have led lights inside which adds classiness. (Posted on 3/18/21)

100% happy with this purchase. I live in Arizona and received the humidor in about a week after I ordered it. The unit ships from Florida. The truck arrived as scheduled and the unit was packed very well and survived the trip with no problems at all. Unpacked the unit, set it up, and it is now fully functional. I love this humidor. My only issue is the shelves. They are non adjustable so if you wanted to add additional trays they have to sit on one another. and the top angle tray is on a fixed angle shelf that wastes alot of space. These are personal to me and do not take away how nice this humidor is. If I had to do over I would buy it again without hesitation or go with the full height version. (Posted on 9/22/19)

I just got this yesterday and am busy getting it dialed in. They were out of them when I ordered so it did require some patience as they come from China, but the communication from the team was prompt and accurate. Overall great product that had a fantastic customer service department to support it. After I ordered this humidor I was a little taken back by the cost of shipping, but when I actually received it I realized that the cost was in line with the care taken to ship it to me with all the pieces in tact (think fancy piece of furniture). At first I was missing the Cigar Oasis that was ordered with this product but within hours of emailing the customer service department the issue was rectified and I promptly received the missing unit. The humidor has been up and running for a few weeks now and has a constant 70% humidity with no issues. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for an above average humidor. This is the second Humidor I've gotten from 1st Class Humidors. Was extremely pleased with the 1st one so needed something bigger still so ordered two Bolivars (one for myself and one for my brother). We are both completely pleased with these in quality and how they keep humidity perfect with the Cigar Oasis that was included. Good looking cabinets as well. I had filled up two desk top humidors and started pouring cigars in jars. I had jars all over the apartment! I know I needed a cabinet. I had ordered this piece before Thanksgiving for my husband as a Christmas gift!! It didn't arrive on time as it was on back order!!!
I must say it was worth the wait!!!!!!! My husband absolutely loves it and it looks great in our living room!!!

I was tired of having multiple box humidors cluttering my counter and decided I wanted a cabinet humidor as the first piece of my wine/cigar/liquor bar. Most cabinet humidors are huge and expensive.
I will never have 1000 cigars but this unit is perfect; both in price and size.
It arrived solidly packed and set up was easy. And it fits perfectly in the 17" deep space I had for it.

I totally shocked my husband with this Birthday gift, and he LOVES it! Got his name engraved on it to personalize it and it came packaged nice, no damage.
