My only thought was that the digital hygrometer upgrades would have been fitted and placed where the analog hygrometer is placed. After all I have noticed that there is a Valencia with a digital hygrometer for sale. Just a little confused why mine was not placed at the analog hygrometer spot. Not a lot of places to place it inside with all of the glass. Which is what attracted me to this humidor (Posted on 4/25/22)

This humidor is awesome. It looks amazing and it works. I had no problems seasoning it. It has 86 sticks in it right now with some bovida packs and it holds humidity well. I would recommend this humidor to anyone, I would say upgrade to a digital hygrometer right away. (Posted on 1/21/19)

I was truly surprised at how nice this looks. The quality is second to none. It is well made and definitely something you do not want to hide. Capacity is perfect for me being a once a week or so smoker. Seals perfectly so I not constantly refilling my humidifier. There is just no comparison to others in this price range. Wow, this humidor looks great on this website but even better once you receive it. It is definitely a show piece and I can't help touching and opening it every time I walk into my home office. Nice looking humidor with lots of storage space. Looks like a fine piece of furniture. Replaced the humidification system with a Xikar xi818 cigar humidifier and some crystal humidifier jars. Received products just as advertised - Valencia humidor and Oasis Ultra 2 humidifier. 1st Class Humidors was responsive and good to deal with.

The humidor looks good as is well constructed. The tray and dividers should suit my sense of organization. It could use a handle or knob on the lid as the lid is snug-fitting (that's a good thing), and I may add one.

I used the Oasis Ultra 2 humidifier instead of the passive unit supplied with the Valencia. The "frame/border" on the underside of the lid for the supplied humidifier almost fit - just wide enough but about 4mm too short. I pried it off easily as it's only held on with 4 wire brads. Used a Dremel tool to trim the frame to fit the Oasis and re-installed. The frame is only decorative, but looks nice.

The included humidity gauge is low-end. At least it comes with an adjusting tool, so I set it to 70 since that is what the Oasis is set for and presumably has an accurate gauge.

The Oasis humidifier works as designed so far (1 week). Seems that the fan wants to run every time the lid is opened, so I guess it's quite sensitive about maintaining the humidity level. Plugged it into A/C power since don't want to rely on batteries. (Posted on 10/4/16)

This is an excellent humidor for the price. Looks great, plenty of space, maintains humidity very well. Customer service with 1st Class Humidors was very good. I would recommend this product but also recommend upgrading the humidifier immediately. Swap it with a crystal gel humidifier and the humidor is close to perfect. (Posted on 9/18/16)

The humidor is a very nice looking unit and seals well. With the Oasis Ultra 2.0 upgrade it was pretty much up to the correct humidity in a day. I also got the digital hygrometer Gold upgrade which I had a few issues with and had to pull the battery a few times and the screen has a black spot in it. I didn't complain about it because it seems to be working now. Overall I'm very satisfied. Just a note - The humidifier upgrade does not fit in the same hole as the original. it is used inside as a 3rd party unit. (Posted on 9/7/16)

This is a great sold piece of workmanship. Even my wife loves it and she hates cigars. I had a problem with the analog hygrometer which they did everything they could to replace but others didn't fit right. I use a digital in the box. The best response to a problem ever. Beautiful piece of furniture for my office. The first one I received had a scratch UNDER the clear coat. This detracted from the beautiful finish. I spoke to Charline in customers service about the problem. I sent her a photo of the defect. She assured me this was not something they would normally ship out and said she would take care of it immediately. 30 minutes later, I received a message from UPS that a label was created and the item was shipped. I received the new item and it was perfect.

Having been a senior officer in a fortune 500 company for many years as head of customer support, I can say with all certainty that Charline provide excellent customer support. I would definitely recommend 1st Class Humidors to anyone looking for a quality humidor.

The first time I saw The Valencia I felt in love with it.. I know it was going to be a excellent gift to a special person.. The Valencia is very well built with a quality finish and a decent sealing lid. It has a few minor problems though.
- The adhesive on the back of the magnets used to stick the humidifier into its place are ok and they can be a bit stronger.
- The hygrometer itself is ok, not worst quality but if it was better would improve overall quality.
- Absolutely NO instructions in the box, but setup instructions are accessible through their site under customer service. I know humidors are rather self explanatory but each humidor requires a slightly different touch to set up and prepare. Lets face it cigars aren't exactly cheap and if I'm storing them I want the humidor at the proper humidity as soon as possible.
