Was pleasantly impressed with the quality of the Salvatore humidor. The fit and finish couldn’t be better. It is like a high quality piece of furniture. The humidifiers are stainless steel and magnetic so they stick to the inside lid. The cedar lining is perfect. Can’t believe that I was finally able to fit all of my cigars into one humidor. Came packed safely with no damage. Looks really nice, tight seal and holds humidity levels with the two that came with it. Magnets on everything work great. Love how that lid works. Keep basically 6x60 cigars. Holds 3 boxes in bottom and 2 on top, Could put a few extra singles in, but I want the trays to let humidity through the slots. I'd buy again. (Posted on 7/19/22)

Love this Humidor ! Used the Boveda method to condition the humidor. Holds 70% with no problem. Tight Seal. Love the size !! The bottom storage are is just tall enough to store your cigars 2 high. Love that you don't have to dig into a deep storage area to find what your looking for to smoke. All that digging , over a period of time can damage the Cigar Wrappers ! This humidor has proven to be one of my best purchases of all categories combined..! The seal in tight and keeps the humidity constant at all times day or night warm or cold months. Regardless of the ambient air humidity. I use two way humidification in this humidor which gives me the best performance. I removed the florist foam from the provided humidification system and only keep the empty containers that housed the foam for appearance. The glossy finish of the humidor is a show stopper and sparks an abundant amount of cigar talk. If a large capacity desktop humidor is what you need, this is the humidor for you. (Posted on 11/9/21)

Perfect humidor !! Great seal, ample room for your cigars. I especially like the bottom storage area. Not to deep !! Just a little shy of 2 inches of storage height. I don't have to dig down deep thru my cigars to choose one to smoke , that's a good way to damage your wrappers, when you keep digging down thru your cigars , over and over. I ordered this humidor while on sale and I am NOT disappointed at all. My girlfriend bought this for me for Christmas, but I got a look at it because we wanted to season it for 2 weeks prior to me opening it for Christmas so that I could immediately transfer my cigars to it. This thing is pretty large, but man oh man is it beautiful. It came in a box with Styrofoam, which was inside another well packaged, much larger, box. It looks amazing. This is the type of humidor that will turn heads to any cigar smoker. I could easily tell somebody it's worth thousands of dollars. I'm going to take exceptional care of this in hopes that it may one day become a family heirloom. While it's not necessarily rare, it certainly looks that way. The purchase was simple enough and it came within 4-5 days of ordering it, and it's in perfect condition. No complaints whatsoever at this point. I'm watching humidity levels with my wifi hyrgrometer and it's slowly gaining traction approaching the 80% or so I'd like it to get to by Christmas day. I already know that I will thoroughly enjoy this humidor for hopefully many years to come. The pictures do this thing no justice. It's truly a beautiful piece of work. Humidor looks great and seems to be doing exactly what it's supposed to do. My only complaint is that the magnets for the hygrometer are crap. I replaced them but it still doesn't hold securely in place. Might just replace the hygrometer, haven't decided yet. (Posted on 8/8/19)

I recently purchased The Salvatore humidor and "named my own price". I didn't get the asking price but there was some negotiation and it was enough for me to move the purchase forward. The order was processed in a timely manner and shipment took place within a week or so as expected. When the humidor arrived, it was packed very well and undamaged. This humidor is easily one of the best values you will ever find for a humidor. It is an absolutely beautiful piece! It is also large, so look at the measurements carefully. Also, when using the humidifier units, make sure to place them upside down on a towel for at least an hour before placing in the humidor with cigars. The first time I used it they leaked onto cigars. Just received the humidor last week. Packaging for shipping was excellent and prevented any damage. Very pretty and large for the price. I seasoned it and filled it up with cigars. Most of my smokes are on the 6x60 size range so it holds less then 250 sticks. That’s to be expected. Charged the sponges up with humidor juice. It’s been at a steady 72% RH since. I am most pleased with this humidor. The finish is remarkable, the tolerances are right on - the lid closes air tight, the trays inside are snug. The metal in the lid for magnetic attachment of the accessories is a great idea and works well. Overall, a class act. The number of cigars it holds depends on what cigars you put in it and how arranged - but, I find the storage to be accommodating.
The packaging when shipped was double boxed with additional protection, arrived safe and I received within a week which I find most acceptable.
I live in an area where humidity is thick so preparing was a breeze, four days, following instructions, and humidor was ready, holds 72% as should.
I have no complaints or any comment to discourage anyone from purchasing this humidor. I may buy another since I’m concerned I’ll never be as pleased with another. (Posted on 6/29/18)

I was skeptical at buying this humidor, as the price looked low for this humidor. After months of going back in forth, I decided to pull the trigger on it, and I am so glad that I did. I just received my humidor in the mail today. The packaging was very intricate and they focused attention to detail to keep this baby safe. My jaw hit the floor when I opened this humidor. IT IS STUNNING. Easily looks like a $1000 piece. I own 5 humidors, and this humidor is the most sturdy. and beautiful humidor that I have ever owned. I also purchased the cigar oasis excel as well. I bought this humidor for my husband for a Christmas present. It was actually the third (and final) humidor I purchased, but I did not return this one.

The first was simply too big once it arrived. The second came damaged (it had a chip on the back corner). After returning those two, my search for the perfect humidor brought me to this one and I could not have been more pleased!

My husband absolutely loves it. He does woodworking as a hobby so he is VERY picky about wood and finishes.
Honestly, the pictures online barely do it justice. It is absolutely gorgeous!

It is completely elegant yet understated and it is a wonderful size. Big enough to show it off, yet not so big it looks odd. It will probably hold more cigars than we'd ever have at once, but I would highly, highly recommend this humidor! (Posted on 1/4/18)

This was not my first choice. I ordered a 300 count humidor only to find it back ordered for 2-3 months. Kaili, in customer service, recommended this humidor, 250 count, as an alternate. I was hesitant at first but made the switch. I loaded the humidor with 54 x 6 torpedos. I was able to pack in only 80 cigars, 20 per section. i was able to add 10 more cigars into each across the tops. Just a little short of the 250 count. The box seals well and was ready for use within 24 hours. Its a beautiful addition to my office. I may order another one for my home office. This brings my collection to 10 humidors with over 1000 cigars. Kaili, thank you!

I purchased the Salvatore on March 2, 2016 and a small wooden ashtray. After plently of time to judge the product I have to say this is the best humidor I have ever purchased.

Quality craftmanship and a beautiful wood finish with silver accents make this humidor worth every dollar I paid.

Customer service interaction (w Kylie) was fantastic. 250 cigar capacity is a bit of a stretch. I think 150 max capacity if you are talking Churchill size cigars. You really can't beat the Salvador (no idea why it's listed as Salvatore) in terms of quality and design. So many newer enthusiasts make the same mistake of letting price control their humidor selection. You can get humidors out there that look identical to the Salvador for less than half the price. Unfortunately, theyre cheaply made (usually in China), have issues with holding humidity, and come with a hygrometer that you may as well throw in the trash. I hate hygrometers that cant be calibrated and even though they say they "don't need to be" because they're calibrated at the factory, they're almost always wrong. The hygrometer that comes with the Salvador is just as accurate as my Caliber IV. The humidification devices are the standard green foam pads that I've never found to be dependable. I removed the pads from inside and stuck a Boveda pack in each, with an additional 6 inside holders mounted to the bottom of the shelves...perfectly positioned. If you're contemplating over this model, just buy it. (Posted on 8/30/16)

This humidor works perfectly. I got it shipped to Canada, even with the duties, exchange rate and shipping, it came out less expensive than any other 250 count humidor here in Montréal. The humidity holds perfect and the magnetic lid that holds the humidifiers and hygrometer is great. You can use one if you have less than 100 and add the second when you go over 100 cigars. The hygrometer is accurate and the box holds a constant 75% humidity. I would recommend this to a fiend. Buy this one and you will be pleased, I am without a doubt going to order a second one. The Salvatore humidor is beautiful. The wood finish is glossy smooth with very spacious cedar interior. If you go with a Cigar Oasis e-humidifier, go with the excel model and narrower water holder to have it sit vertically. You still need to add 1/4-inch shim to one tray but there is sufficient room above and these e-humidifiers keep a nice 70%+ RH. (Posted on 5/21/15)
